Located in the heart of MB, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club grounds, just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions. Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included). Pets are NOT allowed

1 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, Very spacious condo. 1 Queen bed, and 1 pullout sofa in the living room. Washer/dryer available in unit. Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not available) Dining area open to living room. Sheets and linens provided. Free WiFi and cable TV. *Pets are NOT allowed. *Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items. *Towels are provided for showers only.

*Must climb stairs. *No mailbox for this location. *(Pool is closed during winter season) *Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed. *Please review my house rules. *Pest control will come to spray the unit every first Thursday of the month. *Pets are NOT allowed. *Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras. *Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed) *Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit) *Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels) *condo is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.
