Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. Condo sleeps up to 6 guests. *PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying. * Pool entry with red access key card only. You can find the key card in the kitchen drawer. (Key is photographed before each check in) please Keep the card in a safe with you and do not pass it to other people. Please make sure to return the key card to the kitchen drawer before checking out. There is a $100 charge for lost/broken key card. *NO MAILBOX for this location. Host is not responsible for any mail or packages delivery. *Washer/dryer available in the unit. *Parking is free. * motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.
