In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee. *Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras. *Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed) *Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit) *Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels) *the house is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.
