This beautifully appointed unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with 1 king, 2 full, 1 queen beds and pullout sofa in the living room(sleeps up to 10 guests). *Kitchen is equipped with all basics to prepare light meals. *Sheets and linens provided. *Free WiFi available. *Pets are not allowed. *Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items. *Towels are provided for showers only. * 2 parking spots available at the garage across the street * Pool access with bracelets. There is $20 fee for each missing/broken bracelet.

Please review my house rules. *This is a non-smoking facility. *pets are not allowed. *Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras. *NO mailbox for this location. *Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed) *Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit) *Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels) *condo is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns. *this apartment is on the 7th floor.
