Beautifully renovated 2 bedrooms/2 bath apartment on the second floor located in about 10min walk to the beach *only fully trained pets allowed. Pet fee is $75 per pet.

2nd floor (must climb stairs) 2 bedrooms/2 bath apartment with 1 king, 1 full, 1 twin beds and pullout sofa in the living room. *kitchen fully equipped with all basics. * washer/dryer available (shared laundry room downstairs) * Free WiFi and cable TV available in the living room. *Pets are allowed. *Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items. *Towels are provided for showers only. *Linens for each bed are provided.

Please review my house rules. *Must climb stairs. * * NO STREET PARKING vehicles parked on the street would be towed. please park in the driveway. 2 parking spots available. *Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras. *Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed) *Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit) *Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels) *house is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.
