Large balcony with golf course view (as seen in pictures) Sheets and linens provided. Free WiFi and cable TV available. *Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items. *Towels are provided for showers only.

*Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed. *Must climb stairs. *Pets are allowed. The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. *Pool entry with magnetic pool fob and pool bracelets. The pool fob and bracelets is in the kitchen drawer. Any missing pool fob will be accompanied by $100 fee and pool bracelet by $20 * No mailbox for this location. *Washer/dryer available in the unit. *Parking is free. 2 parking tags provided. Any missing tag will be accompanied by $20 fee * motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.
