2 bedrooms, 2 baths, Comfortable and clean condo, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds, 1 queen pullout sofa in the living room. *kitchen fully equipped with all basics. * washer/dryer in the condo. * Free WiFi and cable TV available. *Pets are NOT allowed *Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items. *Towels are provided for showers only. *Linens for each bed are provided.

*Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed. *Pool wristbands are counted after each stay. *Please review my house rules. *No mailbox for this location. *Pets are NOT allowed. *Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras. *Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed) *Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit) *Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels) *condo is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.

The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying. *Access the pool with wristbands (6 wristbands are placed in the kitchen drawer) All 6 Pool wristbands must be kept and returned before checking out.
