Dining area open to living room. Large balcony with beautiful pool view. *Pets are NOT allowed. *Sheets and linens provided. Free WiFi and cable TV available. *Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items. *Towels are provided for showers only.

*Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed. *Pool wristbands are counted after each stay. *Please review my house rules. *Pets are NOT allowed. *Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras. *NO MAILBOX for this location. *Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed) *Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit) *Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels) *condo is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.

The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying. *Access the pool with magnetic fob key and bracelets. Pools will be closedown in winter time and due to weather. There is a $100 charge for lost or broken fob and $20 for bracelet. (6 bracelets provided) *NO MAILBOX for this location. *Washer/dryer available in the unit. *Parking is free. * motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.
