The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. *Access the pool with wristbands and pool fob (6 wristbands and 1 pool fob are placed in the kitchen drawer) All wristbands and fob must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for pool fob. *Kitchen is fully quipped with all basics (condiments are not included). *NO mailbox for this location. Guest is responsible for any mail or packages delivery. *washer and dryer available in the unit. *Parking is free. motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises. *Easy access to both Hwy 17.
