The kids will have a great time playing at the park right behind the house, offering amenities such as a basketball court, grills, and a playground. The house is only four blocks away from the beach with direct access, and it's just a 5-minute drive to Barefoot Landing, restaurants, shops, and attractions. This home has a fenced front yard suitable for pets, along with a spacious patio and parking for up to 5 vehicles. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and can comfortably accommodate 8 guests (1 king, 1 queen and 2 double beds). King bedroom is on the first floor. Several golf courses are within a 10-minute drive. You will absolutely love this location!”
