The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying. **Pool entry with pool key and bracelets only. The pool key and bracelets is in the kitchen drawer. Any missing pool key will be accompanied by $100 fee and pool bracelets by $20 for each bracelet. *No mailbox for this location. *Washer/dryer available in the unit. *Parking is free. 2 parking tags provided. There is $20 fee for each missing/broken tag * motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises
