Open space with a large balcony. located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions. Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. Condo sleeps up to 4 guests.

2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 Queen bed, 2 twin beds . Washer and dryer available in the unit. Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. Dining area open to living room. Large balcony with beautiful pool view. Sheets and linens provided. Free WiFi and cable TV available. *Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items. *Towels are provided for showers only.

*Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed. *Must climb stairs. *Pets are not allowed. *Pool wristbands are counted after each stay. *Please review my house rules. *Pest control will come to spray the unit every first Thursday of the month. * No mailbox for this location. *Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras. *Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed) *Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit) *Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels) *condo is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.

The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying. *Access the pool with wristbands and fob (4 wristbands are placed in the kitchen drawer) All 4 Pool wristbands must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $20 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for key fob) * No mailbox for this location. *Washer/dryer available in the unit. *Parking is free. 2 parking tags provided ( there is $20 fee for each missing/broken tag) * Oversized vehicles, motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.
