First floor, end efficiency unit with queen bed. Can accommodate 2 guests. Small Kitchenette is fully equipped with all basics. *Sheets and linens provided. Free WiFi and smart TV available. *Pets are not allowed. *Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items. *Towels are provided for showers only.

*No mailbox for this location. *Pool access with white card only. There is $50 fee for lost or damaged card. *Parking is available with parking tag only. *Please review my house rules. *Pets are not allowed. *Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras. *Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed) *Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit) *Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels) *condo is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.
